love the fact that is surrounded by greeneries and the air is so fresh; we love the food and the friendly staff. I love to make the full use of the bathrooms inside the locker .. it is new renovated it is clean and spacious .

Breakfast quality. The menu should be vary. The quantity is limited compared to the number of hotel guests. Room cleanliness shall be improved.

The view and location

The Wifi work in the toilet only may be due to the position of router. Whenever I move to the bed it doesn’t work at all. The swimming pool is not in the hotel which is need additional payment however it is stated as facility in the booking.com

Need renovation. Old building, need more maintenance especially the AC. Smelly room. Spring bed hrs diganti, per sudah mati.

It has the advertised facilities

Though it is a 5-start hotel, it is pretty run-down and has a slightly sleezy feel to it, especially if you are a female travelling alone for business. The room was ready, but not recently cleaned. I got 2 single beds instead of the requested double. There was a massive dead cockroach on the floor, both walls and bedsheets where a bit tattered / spotty. The toilet kept on dripping after flushing creating a constant noise. Because there was only a thin door between my room and the adjacent room, I could here everything from the neighbors, who were pretty loud and noisy till late at night. Maybe due the pandemic, the staff hardly spoke any English. Ordering a meal and checking out was quite a dreadful procedure. There is a pool, but it is more like a kids waterpark that was deserted apart from some young workman smoking and hanging out. No towels/supervision provided, so it was not possible to go for a swim. Because it is very isolated, you are stuck in the hotel for your dinner which is overpriced, of low quality, and a very limited choice on the menu. The breakfast is ok, but nothing to shout about and I had honestly expected a lot more at a 5-star hotel (i.e.: most 3 and 4 star hotels do a better breakfast). Last, but not least, I found the whole golfers atmosphere with the "female caddies" quite awkward and disturbing.
